Charges discontinued in Capital Mining Limited matter
The Commonwealth Director of Public Prosecutions has determined not to proceed with charges against former Capital Mining Limited directors Peter Dykes, Anthony Dunlop, and Peter Torney. This decision follows the discontinuation of Western Australian charges in November 2024 and confirms that no ex officio indictment will be filed in New South Wales. Consequently, ASIC considers the matter finalised.
