ASIC cancels AFS licence of Superfast AM Pty Ltd
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian financial services licence of Superfast AM Pty Ltd effective 13 February 2026 due to the company ceasing its financial services business. The licence remains active until 9 February 2027 solely to allow Superfast to maintain membership with the Australian Financial Complaints Authority (AFCA) for handling client disputes. Clients are advised to lodge any complaints regarding advice received from Superfast or its authorised representatives with AFCA before the 9 February 2027 deadline.
