Decision No. 132 of 2018 of the Board of Directors of the Authority Regarding the Amendment of the Provisions of Decision No. 171 of 2014
The General Authority for Financial Supervision issued Decision No. 132 of 2018 to amend Decision No. 171 of 2014 concerning service fees for microfinance entities. This amendment formally removes the designation of "temporary" from the fee provisions outlined in Articles One and Two of the original decision. The revised decision takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's official website.
