Circular No. 48: Addressing and Postal Coding in Palestine
The Palestine Monetary Authority and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology mandate all payment service companies, banks, and affiliated entities in Palestine to implement the official national postal coding system. This directive requires institutions to adopt their designated postal codes for all postal and logistical correspondence, as well as on all official documents and communication materials. The Ministry provides technical support and directs stakeholders to an online portal and a designated contact point to retrieve and verify postal codes for specific facilities, buildings, or postal zones.
