Board of Directors Decision No. (8) of 2018
The Financial Regulatory Authority issued Board Decision No. 8 of 2018 to amend Decision No. 31 of 2015 by adding two new articles governing microfinance operations for associations and civil society institutions. Article 28 bis authorizes these entities to utilize mobile payment systems for financing and collection activities upon obtaining prior approval from the designated supervisory unit.
