Circular No. 125 Liquidation of Palestine International Bank

The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 2010/125 to formally revoke the license of Palestine International Bank, remove it from the banking register, and initiate its liquidation. The circular appoints the Palestinian Company for Auditing and Accounting, represented by Mr. Youssef Mohammad Hamouda, as the official liquidator to execute all necessary procedures and decisions for the bank's wind-down. Consequently, all client rights, obligations, and pending transactions of Palestine International Bank are automatically transferred to Al-Quds Bank.
