Financial Regulatory Authority Board Decision No. 157 of 2018 Amending Decision No. 144 of 2018 on a One-in-a-Thousand Fee for Insurance Form Review and Approval
The Financial Regulatory Authority issued Decision No. 157 of 2018 to amend Decision No. 144 of 2018 by establishing a service fee of one in a thousand for the review and approval of new insurance document forms or amendments to existing ones. The revised Article Two now mandates that this fee applies to all relevant insurance documentation submissions effective January 1, 2019. The decision takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority's official website.
