Decision No. (2019) of 2019 Regarding the Registration of Sarwa Insurance Company in the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Register
The Financial Regulatory Authority of Egypt issued Decision No. (2019) of 2019 to officially register Sarwa Insurance Company in the Insurance and Reinsurance Companies Register under number (60) and license it to operate. The decision authorizes the company to conduct property and liability insurance across six specified branches, including fire, transport, marine, motor, engineering, and miscellaneous accident insurance. It further stipulates an authorized capital of 500 million Egyptian Pounds, an issued capital of 100 million Egyptian Pounds, and mandates that the initial 50 million Egyptian Pounds paid-up capital be fully settled within five years.
