Circular No. 147/2025: Freezing Bank Accounts of Al-Qimmah Charity Association
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 147/2025 on November 6, 2025, instructing all banks operating in Palestine to freeze the bank accounts of the Al-Qimmah Charity Association (Registration No. BL-3513-C). This directive implements a request from the Ministry of Interior's General Administration of Non-Governmental Organizations and Public Affairs, which cites the need for the association to rectify its status with the Ministry. The freeze remains in effect until the Ministry provides a formal letter authorizing the reactivation of the accounts.
