Circular No. 23/2025 – Foreign Mid Global Charity Association Branch
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 23/2025 to direct all payment service companies operating in Palestine to unfreeze the accounts of the Foreign Mid Global Charity Association Branch (Registration No. QR-0301-F). Supported by Ministry of Interior letter No. 10400, the directive mandates that banks and electronic payment firms promptly restore account access and facilitate new account openings for the association. The Supervision Department requires immediate execution of these measures and direct notification to the association’s authorized representatives.
