Payment-2025 – Circular No. 31 Upgrade of the National Key System PNS194
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 31/2025 mandating a complete system-wide upgrade of the live National Key System (PNS194) from 23:45 on December 11, 2025, to 08:00 on December 12, 2025. Licensed electronic payment service companies must notify customers and commercial establishments of the temporary suspension of ATM and POS services, while assigning dedicated staff to coordinate with the Authority and submit contact details by December 9, 2025.
