The Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon issued Decision No. 13184 to amend Decision No. 6574 regarding the publication of financial statements. The amendment mandates that banks authorized to issue shares to the public or trade on regulated markets must exceptionally publish their financial statements for 2019 and subsequent years simultaneously with the publication of audited financial data. This measure was adopted to ensure the continuity of the public service under the Monetary and Loans Law.
