Decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority No. (29) for the Year 2019
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) issued Decision No. 29 of 2019 to extend the term of the interim board of directors for the Special Insurance Fund for the Mutual Insurance of Members of the Traders Syndicate by three months, effective February 1, 2019, or until a new board is elected. The interim board is mandated to convene the Fund's General Assembly between the reappointment date and April 9, 2019, to review the statutory agenda and elect a new board in compliance with FRA governance rules. The decision takes effect the day after publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the FRA website, with binding implementation directed to all relevant authorities.
