ASIC bans former Crown Wealth Group director Brendan Rodwell for failing to report fees for no service conduct
ASIC has banned former Crown Wealth Group director Brendan Rodwell from performing any function in a financial services business for two years due to his failure to report fees for no service conduct. The regulator found that Rodwell neglected his compliance obligations by not ensuring the licensee reported the misconduct within the required timeframe or properly remediated affected clients. This ban, effective from 23 October 2025, concludes ASIC's enforcement actions against entities and individuals involved in the Lighthouse Partners misconduct.
