Decision No. (130) of 2019 of the General Authority for Financial Supervision Board of Directors Regarding the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities
The General Authority for Financial Supervision issued Decision No. 130 of 2019 to appoint an interim seven-member board of directors for the Special Insurance Fund for Employees of Judicial Bodies and Their Auxiliary Entities. This appointment carries a one-year term or continues until a new board is elected through a general assembly convened by the interim members, whichever comes first. The decision takes effect the day after publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the Authority’s official website, with all conflicting provisions repealed and enforcement mandated for relevant authorities.
