The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has disqualified Vincenzo Frank Tesoriero from managing corporations for five years due to his involvement in the failure of 20 companies. ASIC found that Mr Tesoriero acted improperly by allowing companies to receive fraudulent funds, using company money for personal mortgage payments, and failing to maintain adequate records or lodge tax returns. The disqualification remains in effect until 23 February 2031, with Mr Tesoriero retaining the right to seek a review by the Administrative Review Tribunal.
