ASIC suspends Australian credit licence of Transitional Funding Pty Ltd
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission suspended the Australian credit licence of Transitional Funding Pty Ltd for six months due to failures in complying with key person notification requirements and unpaid industry funding levies. The suspension, which took effect on 19 December 2025, requires the licensee to remedy these compliance issues or risk further action including licence cancellation. Transitional Funding retains the right to apply to the Administrative Review Tribunal for a review of this decision under the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009.
