Decision of the Board of Directors of the Authority No. 109 of 2020 Reducing Fees for Medium and Small Companies Listed on the Egyptian Exchange
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) of Egypt issued Decision No. 109 of 2020 to reduce study and inspection service fees by 50% for medium and small companies listed on the Egyptian Exchange. This reduction applies to services previously regulated under FRA Board Decisions Nos. 83 of 2012, 125 of 2017, 67 of 2018, and 63 of 2019. The decree becomes effective the day after its September 30, 2020 issuance and directs competent departments to implement the revised fee schedule.
