Decision of the Board of Directors No. 136 of 2021 Regarding Extension of the Founding Committee's Deadline for the Egyptian Securities Union
The Financial Regulatory Authority's Board of Directors has extended the Founding Committee's statutory deadline to convene its first General Assembly by six months, effective September 18, 2021. This extension applies to the committee established under Article 44 of the Egyptian Securities Union Statute and is grounded in existing capital market legislation and prior regulatory approvals.
