ASIC imposes additional conditions on Learn To Trade to address compliance failures
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has imposed additional licence conditions on Learn To Trade Pty Ltd (LTT) due to repeated failures to comply with financial services laws. LTT failed to lodge required annual financial statements, audit reports, and auditor appointment notifications within prescribed timeframes, raising concerns about its ongoing solvency and regulatory compliance. Consequently, ASIC mandated that LTT appoint an independent compliance consultant to review its procedures and submit reports assessing its likelihood of future compliance.
