Financial Regulatory Authority Board Decision No. (83) of 2019 Extending the Deadline for Financial Advisory Firms to Regularize Registration for Financial Valuation
The Financial Regulatory Authority (FRA) issued Board Decision No. 83 of 2019 to extend the compliance deadline for registered financial advisory firms and licensed entities by six months, effective August 28, 2019. Under this extension, these entities must submit a detailed work plan outlining their timeline and corrective measures to align with the conditions set forth in Decision No. 114 of 2018 no later than September 30, 2019. The decision was approved on July 16, 2019, and takes effect the day after its publication in the Egyptian Gazette and on the FRA's official website.
