ASIC cancels Australian credit licence of Chuuse Pty Ltd
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has cancelled the Australian credit licence of Chuuse Pty Ltd effective 11 August 2025. This action was taken under section 54(1)(b) of the National Consumer Credit Protection Act 2009 after the regulator determined that Chuuse had ceased engaging in credit activities. The licence holder retains the right to appeal the decision to the Administrative Review Tribunal.
