The Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Pursuant to the Monetary and Banking Law, particularly Articles 147 and 179 thereof; Pursuant to Article 3 of the Law implemented by Decree No. 5439 dated September 20, 1982; Pursuant to Base Decision No. 7705 dated October 26, 2000, and its amendments concerning the Central Credit Risk Department System; Pursuant to the decision of the Central Council of the Central Bank of Lebanon adopted in its meeting held on September 23, 2020;
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One: The following are added to the "Loan Type Codes" table (CTC 01) in Arabic and French, attached to the Central Credit Risk Department System subject to Base Decision No. 7705 dated October 26, 2000:
Article Two: This decision takes effect upon its issuance. Article Three: This decision is published in the Official Gazette.
