ASIC cancels AFS licence of CPG Research & Advisory for ceasing business operations and unpaid industry funding levies
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC) has cancelled the Australian financial services licence of CPG Research & Advisory Pty Ltd effective 7 October 2025. The regulator determined that the licensee ceased carrying on a financial services business and failed to pay outstanding industry funding levies for over 12 months. CPG holds the right to appeal this decision to the Administrative Review Tribunal.
