Official Holidays for Religious and National Occasions in Palestine No. 16
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular Number 16/2025 to direct all banks operating in Palestine to implement the Cabinet's official holiday schedule for religious and national occasions for 2025. The circular mandates compliance with Article 73 of Banking Law Number 9 of 2010 and attaches Cabinet Decision Number 1 of 2025, which establishes the specific dates for these official holidays. Banks are required to take all necessary administrative and operational measures to ensure full execution of the decision effective from 23 February 2025.
