Appointment of Sarah Court as Incoming ASIC Chair
ASIC Chair Joe Longo has welcomed the appointment of Sarah Court as the agency’s incoming Chair. Longo praised Court’s deep regulatory expertise and enforcement record, noting her instrumental role in strengthening ASIC’s structural transformation and consumer outcomes. Court is scheduled to commence her role as ASIC Chair on 1 June 2026.
