Board of Directors Decision No. (19) of 2022 Regarding Special Provisions for Financial Statements of Direct Investment Companies
The Financial Regulatory Authority's Board of Directors issued Decision No. (19) of 2022, mandating direct investment companies to submit annual financial statements, auditor's reports, and board reports to the Authority at least 21 days before their General Assembly meeting, with presentation to the assembly within three months of the financial year-end. Additionally, these companies must provide semi-annual financial statements, accompanied by a limited review report from the auditor, within 45 days from the end of the respective period. This decision, which repeals any conflicting provisions, will be published in the Official Gazette and on the Authority's website, coming into force the day following its publication.
