Circular No. 11/2025: Endorsement of Colonel Suleiman Al-Kurdi's Signature for National Security Forces Financial Transactions
The Palestine Monetary Authority issued Circular No. 11/2025 to all specialized lending institutions in Palestine, instructing them to recognize the signature of Colonel Suleiman Al-Kurdi, Director of the Financial Administration, for National Security Forces banking facilities. This directive implements the request from National Security Forces Commander Major General Ibrahim Khalil Al-Abd, effective from May 4, 2025, based on the attached approved signature specimen. Lending institutions are required to execute the necessary legal procedures to update their records accordingly.
