ASIC appeals Federal Court decision dismissing case against Nuix
The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has filed an appeal against a Federal Court decision that dismissed its case against intelligence software provider Nuix Limited. ASIC alleges that Nuix breached continuous disclosure obligations and engaged in misleading conduct regarding its financial performance and ACV growth metrics, while also claiming breaches of directors’ duties.
