Board of Directors Decision No. 147 of 2020 Regarding Extending the Deadline for the Founding Committee of the Egyptian Securities Union
The Financial Regulatory Authority issued Decision No. 147 of 2020 to extend the deadline for the Founding Committee of the Egyptian Securities Union to hold its first General Assembly. The extension grants an additional six months, effective from September 18, 2020, pursuant to Article 44 of the Union's Bylaws. This decision was approved by the Authority's Board of Directors on September 16, 2020, and is published in the Official Gazette and on the Authority's website.
