The Australian Securities and Investments Commission has disqualified NSW director Genna Raber from managing corporations for the maximum five-year period due to his involvement in the failure of three construction companies. ASIC found that Mr Raber improperly used his position for personal gain, failed to exercise due care, and allowed the companies to trade while insolvent, resulting in over $14 million in debts to creditors. This disqualification, effective until December 2030, follows a previous ban and addresses his complete disregard for director duties under section 206F of the Corporations Act 2001.
