Amending Decision No. 6574 dated 24/4/1997
The Governor of the Central Bank of Lebanon, Pursuant to the Monetary and Loan Law, specifically Articles 146 and 179 thereof, And pursuant to Decision No. 6574 dated 24/4/1997 and its amendments concerning the Balance Sheet and Income Statement prepared for publication, And based on the authorities vested in the Governor to ensure the continuity of the public service of the Central Bank of Lebanon,
Hereby decides as follows:
Article One: Licensed banks whose shares are listed for public subscription or traded on regulated markets are granted a deadline until 31/12/2019 to publish the statements referred to in the second paragraph of Article One of Decision No. 6574 dated 24/4/1997 and the statements for the third quarter of the year 2019.
Article Two: This Decision shall take effect immediately upon its issuance.
Article Three: This Decision shall be published in the Official Gazette.
