Additional charges brought against financial services company director
ASIC has referred criminal charges against former director Donald James Cuthbertson to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions following the cancellation of his AFS licence. Eleven additional charges for dishonest conduct and two for attempting to pervert the course of justice have been laid, bringing the total count to 18. The allegations concern dishonest representations made to investors regarding PWM's robotic trading technology and potential share valuations between 2018 and 2025.
