ASIC disqualifies NSW hospitality director Ken Sadamatsu for 5 years
ASIC has disqualified Katsuyoshi Ken Sadamatsu from managing corporations for five years due to his involvement in five failed hospitality companies that owed over $4.3 million to creditors. The regulator found that Mr. Sadamatsu improperly used his position, failed to maintain proper records, and allowed the companies to trade while insolvent. His disqualification is effective until April 27, 2031, and he retains the right to seek a review by the Administrative Review Tribunal.
