Decree of NBS No 3/2018 amending Decree No 16/2011 on bank authorisation applications

1 3 DECREE of Národná banka Slovenska of 6 February 2018 amending Decree No 16/2011 of Národná banka Slovenska on the elements of an authorisation application for a bank or foreign bank branch and on how to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for the authorisation Národná banka Slovenska, in accordance with Article 7(9) and Article 8(9) of Act No 483/2001 Coll. on banks (and amending certain laws), as amended, has adopted this Decree: Article I Decree No 16/2011 of Národná banka Slovenska on the elements of an authorisation application for a bank or foreign bank branch and on how to demonstrate compliance with the conditions for the authorisation (Notification No 454/2011 Coll.) is amended as follows:

1. Footnote 1 is replaced by the following: ‘ 1 Article 2(2) of Act No 404/2011 Coll. on the temporary residence of foreigners (and amending certain laws).’.
2. In Article 1(1)(g), the words ‘and Article 4(1)(i)’ are deleted.
3. In Article 1(2), the words ‘Articles 4 and 5’ are replaced by the words ‘Article 5’.
4. In Article 1(3), the words ‘and Article 4’ are deleted.
5. In Article 2(14) and Article 3(11), the words ‘Article 27(9) of the Act’ are replaced by the words ‘Article 27(13) of the Act’.
6. Article 4, including footnote 6, is deleted.
7. In Article 6, paragraph (3) is deleted. The existing paragraph (4) becomes paragraph (3). Article II This Decree enters into force on 1 March 2018.
