Circular 01-2025: UN Security Council Sanctions Lists Issued

The Superintendence of the Securities Market of Panama issued Circular 01-2025 to inform obligated entities of new United Nations Security Council sanctions lists. The circular specifies two updated list codes, SCA/12/25(01) and SCA/2/25 (6), both published on August 27, 2025. Recipients are instructed to contact the Financial Analysis Unit immediately if they have not received the relevant documentation.
