Agreement of 22 March 2024 of the National Securities Market Commission appointing members of the Advisory Committee
The Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) issued an agreement on 22 March 2024 appointing new members to its Advisory Committee effective 1 April 2024. The decision follows a selection process involving proposals from market infrastructure operators, issuers, investors, credit institutions, professional groups, and the Investment Guarantee Fund, with no claims filed against the provisional candidate list. The appointed titular and substitute members represent diverse sectors including stock markets, fixed income, central counterparties, collective investment institutions, pension funds, banks, savings banks, credit cooperatives, insurers, auditors, financial analysts, and general shareholders.
