Notice of Amendments to Legislation: March 2025
The Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) Board has enacted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook following Consultation Paper No 160 and subsequent stakeholder feedback. These rulemaking instruments will officially come into force on 1 January 2026, replacing existing modules on the DFSA website. The finalized changes reflect consultees' comments and are now available for public review in the updated legislation archive.
