Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging

The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to regulate the packaging and sale of commemorative gold and silver jubilee coins marking the bank's twentieth anniversary. The document mandates that the 10 Perper gold coins be packed in black leather boxes and the 1 Perper silver coins in blue leather boxes, each accompanied by a separate high-quality certificate. Sales are restricted to the Central Bank of Montenegro at specified prices, with mandatory records kept for all transactions.

Pursuant to Article 44 paragraph (2) item 3) and in conjunction with Article 5 paragraph (2) of the Central Bank of Montenegro Law (OGM 40/10, 46/10, 06/13, 70/17) and in conjunction with Article 5 of the Decision on Issuing Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins (OGM 12/21), the Central Bank of Montenegro Council, at its meeting held on 30 March 2021, passed the following Decision on Gold and Silver Jubilee Coins Using and Packaging Article 1 Gold jubilee coin (hereinafter: gold coin) and silver jubilee coin (hereinafter: silver coin) issued on the occasion of celebrating the jubilee of the twentieth anniversary of the establishment of the Central Bank of Montenegro shall be packed in the following collections: 1 One gold coin in denomination of 10 Perpers 50 pieces 2 One silver coin in denomination of 1 Perper 200 pieces Article 2 The collections referred in Article 1 item 1 of this Decision shall be packed in black leather boxes, and the collection referred to in Article 1 item 2 of this Decision shall be packed in blue leather boxes. Article 3 Each collection shall have a corresponding certificate which makes an integral part of the collection and which is separately printed on high-quality paper and packed in the designated place of the box. Article 4 The collections may be bought directly in the Central Bank of Montenegro at prices specified in the Pricelist which is attached to this Decision and makes an integral part thereof. Article 5 Separate records shall be kept on the sale and other forms of the collections handling.
