Board of Directors Resolution No. 10 of 2009
The Egyptian Financial Supervisory Authority issued Resolution No. 10 of 2009 to establish a unified registry for auditors of companies and supervised entities. The resolution requires the complete transfer of all existing auditor registrations from the former Capital Market, Insurance Supervision, and Mortgage Finance Authorities into this new consolidated system. This centralization consolidates regulatory oversight and standardizes compliance tracking across all previously fragmented supervisory registers.

The Board unanimously approved the establishment of a unified registry for the registration of auditors for companies and entities subject to the Authority's supervision, with the registration of the aforementioned auditors currently recorded in the registers of the General Authority for the Capital Market / the General Authority for Insurance Supervision / the General Authority for Mortgage Finance Affairs to be transferred to the new unified registry.
