Circular No. 171: Litigation
The Palestine Monetary Authority requires all local and foreign banks operating in Palestine to submit a quarterly litigation statement starting in the fourth quarter of 2013. Banks must email the completed reports to the designated Supervision and Inspection Department addresses during the first week of each new quarter. This directive standardizes the tracking and reporting of ongoing legal proceedings across the Palestinian banking sector.
