Financial Crime Returns Rules, 2025
The Guernsey Financial Services Commission issued the Financial Crime Returns Rules, 2025, which mandate annual and quarterly reporting obligations for financial licensees and registrants. The Rules require the submission of Financial Crime Risk Returns, Prescribed Business Returns, Intermediary Annual Multi-Scheme Returns, and Financial Flows Returns in specified electronic formats by designated deadlines. These requirements replace the 2023 Rules and apply to most entities within the Guernsey financial services sector, excluding specific fiduciary and insurance business types.
