**To**: All Commercial Banks

Further to our Authorised Signatories booklet dated 6 January 2003, the Bank has made amendments to its list of authorised signatories by moving Ms Freda Tamba from category B to category A as an authorised signatory for purposes of executing settlements by cheque, draft and other financial instruments (in local and foreign currency), and Mr Fabian Hara to Category A as an authorised signatory for purposes of bank transfers, managers’ cheques, clearing and settlements as follows:

**(a) AUTHORISED SIGNATORIES FOR SETTLEMENTS BY CHEQUE, DRAFT AND OTHER FINANCIAL INSTRUMENTS (IN LOCAL AND FOREIGN CURRENCY)**
