CMN RESOLUTION NO. 5,282, OF FEBRUARY 26, 2026
Amends the annex to CMN Resolution No. 4,995, of March 24, 2022.
The Central Bank of Brazil, in accordance with Article 9 of Law No. 4,595, of December 31, 1964, makes it public that the National Monetary Council, in a session held on February 26, 2026, considering the provisions of Article 4, caput, items VI, VIII, and X, of the aforementioned Law,
RESOLVES:
Art. 1 The annex to CMN Resolution No. 4,995, of March 24, 2022, published in the Official Gazette of the Union on March 28, 2022, shall enter into force with the alterations contained in the annex to this Resolution.
Art. 2 This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication.
