DFSA Consultation Paper No. 73: Regulatory Policy and Process Sourcebook Enhancements
The Dubai Financial Services Authority has released Consultation Paper No. 73 to propose structural updates to its Regulatory Policy and Process Sourcebook alongside targeted amendments to the DFSA Rulebook. The submission outlines revised compliance frameworks and procedural adjustments intended to modernize regulatory oversight for licensed financial entities.
