Decision Establishing Forms for Submission of Information on Lending Activity
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro issued this decision to mandate quarterly reporting on lending activities by banks and other credit institutions headquartered in Montenegro. The regulation requires designated responsible persons to submit Form AKB, a Bank Lending Survey, electronically within 15 days following the end of each quarter. This data is collected for statistical purposes to assess lending dynamics and is subsequently published in aggregate form on the Central Bank's website.
