Suspen ding the 30-Day Period of Time for the Review of the Application to Modify Activity License No. 329 Granted to the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E for Foreign Currency Trading

Pursuant to Article 2 (3) and Article 20 (“ki”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and clause 9 of the Appendix as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution (no. 138-N, dated May 15, 2007) on “Approving the Central Bank Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations””;

Whereas on June 24, 2025 the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E applied to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia with a request to modify its Activity License No. 329 granted for carrying out foreign currency trading;

In view of the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 33, dated July 23, 2025); and

Considering that the license of the Branch Office operating under License No. 329 of the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E was declared null and void by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution (no. 109 A, dated June 30, 2025); however, that decision had not yet become irrevocable and binding at the time of adoption of this resolution,

E n a c t s:

Suspend the 30-day period of time for the review of the application to modify Foreign Currency Trading Activity License No. 329 granted to the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E, in order to clarify certain facts and/or circumstances.

This resolution to enter into force on the day following its delivery to the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E or to an authorized representative of the Exchange Office “Smbat Aslanyan” P/E.

This resolution can be appealed to the Administrative Court of the Republic of Armenia in the manner as prescribed by the legislation of the Republic of Armenia.
