Decision on the Appearance and Format of Statements of Fees for Consumer Payment Accounts
The Council of the Central Bank of Montenegro mandates standardized formatting and content requirements for fee statements linked to consumer payment accounts. Payment service providers must issue separate statements using a prescribed A4 layout, specific typography, and mandatory tables detailing fee summaries, individual service charges, package costs, and applicable interest.
