Instruction No. 2023-I-21 of December 11, 2023, regarding the submission to the ACPR of the annual report of Approved Professional Associations (Banking and Insurance sectors)

The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR) issued Instruction No. 2023-I-21 to mandate the annual reporting obligations for Approved Professional Associations in the banking and insurance sectors. These associations are required to submit their annual reports, prepared using the model defined in the instruction's annex, to the ACPR General Secretariat by July 31 each year. The reports must be delivered in paper format via postal mail to the specified Paris address, and the instruction entered into force the day following its publication.

Instruction No. 2023-I-21 regarding the submission to the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority of the annual report of Approved Professional Associations (Banking and Insurance sectors) The Prudential Control and Resolution Authority, Having regard to the Monetary and Financial Code, in particular Articles L. 519-11, L. 519-13, L. 612-2, L. 612-24 and R. 519-58; Having regard to the Insurance Code, in particular Articles L. 513-3, L. 513-5 and R.513-27; Having regard to the opinion of the Prudential Affairs Consultative Committee of October 10, 2023; Having regard to the opinion of the Commercial Practices Consultative Committee of October 19, 2023, DECIDES

Article 1: This instruction applies to the approved professional associations referred to in Paragraph I of Article L. 519-11 of the Monetary and Financial Code and in Paragraph I of Article L. 513-3 of the Insurance Code.

Article 2: The professional associations shall submit to the General Secretariat of the ACPR, no later than July 31 of each year, the report referred to in Paragraph II of Article L. 519-13 of the Monetary and Financial Code and in Paragraph II of Article L. 513-5 of the Insurance Code, prepared according to the model defined in the annex to this instruction.

Article 3: The annual report must be communicated to the ACPR in paper format and sent by mail to the following address:

Article 4: This instruction shall enter into force the day following the date of its publication.
