The Financial Sector Conduct Authority issues this guidance to clarify the mandatory registration obligations for accountable and reporting institutions under section 43B of the Financial Intelligence Centre Act. Institutions must register via the GoAML system within ninety days of commencing operations, maintain accurate particulars, and incur no fees or licensing requirements.
